Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Wickscentz Candlez. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help! In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund but will consider a store credit after careful review of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges incurred with your original order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start exchange, you must contact us at info@wickscentzcandlez.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it.   Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include photos of the damage or other issues.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
